Shipping policy

Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Damages: SBM is not liable for any product damage or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact shipment carrier to file a claim.
